That Philips profile is really out of date for a 4K capable TV. Based on your log and the file name of the video you tried to play, my first guess was your TV doesn't support H.265 video. However, I just looked up that model number and it is a 4K TV, so it should support it. I've looked at the Philips profile, and it doesn't have any match for TrueHD audio, so that might be the issue if your media has that codec. As a test, you could try a different profile and see if the unsupported content can be matched and transcoded. Perhaps try the Roku 4K TV profile and see if it plays. That profile should pass your video through and just transcode any unsupported audio. Or perhaps one of the later Samsung profiles, such as the NU Series.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately it didn't work with these two profiles either, it was in the log:

The Serviio developer will likely need to see a debug log to determine what's happening. That log info you provided isn't detailed enough to see what might be happening.

The value in the log file was set to "DEBUG", attach the serviio.log file (compressed)

OK, Zip will need to look that over. While I see some error messages, I really don't understand what they mean. But I'm suspicious of perhaps an issue with non-Latin characters in your file names. Again, merely a guess on my part, so someone with more experience in the debug log will need to look it over. If Zip doesn't respond to this thread in a few days, I suggest sending him a private message with a link to this thread, in case he misses it.

Hi, Zip didn't answer, but I don't see where I can send him a message. Thanks for the help!

There's a line of links at the top of the page, and one says "0 new messages". (assuming you have no unread messages). Click that to enter the messaging function, and you can send him a PM there.

So 2 things:
- I don't think you enabled DEBUG log, or at least not when you tried to play that Avengers movie.
- it's a h265 movie, perhaps the newest Samsung profile doesn't transcode it. You could try one of the older Samsung profiles, or post debug log using the Philips profile.
