Samsung Q can't see some videos

Hi.
I have a strange behavior with my Samsung QE43Q60. TV just does not see some videos when I'm connecting to Serviio. Video format is supported by TV and can be played from flash card or hard drive or through Windows default DLNA server, but it simply not displayed in Serviio. And this is not a single problem - I have a lot of such videos from different sources.

In serviio I just took Samsung TV (NU) profile and in transcoding just for test leave only next rows(as I understand now it must transcode any video file):

First, Samsung DLNA support is terrible. I quit using the internal player on my sets years ago, because there are so many inexpensive players that work far better.

Next, just because something plays via USB doesn't mean it will play via DLNA. Manufacturers can (and do) support DLNA differently than directly connected media.

However, your TV should play that video without transcoding, so in theory the generic profile should work for that particular title. You might give it a go as a test. I wrote the Samsung NU profile, but no longer have the TV because I wasn't impressed at all with its HDR quality. My daughter has it now, but she uses either a Fire TV or Roku as the player for that TV with Serviio.

As a test, you could try some of the other TV profiles in Serviio, such as Sony, LG or Roku TVs. One of them might provide a better experience. But let us know if that file plays with the generic profile, and if it does then see if there are other files that won't play.
