How can I transcode the frame rate with Serviio ?

I installed Serviio on a Synology DS211+ (1,6 GHz Marvell Kirkwood, 512MB DDR3 Ram) and it works good so far. The only problem that i have is that I can't view videos with 23,97fps on my Client, because the Client I stream to (or my old TV) need videos with a frame rate of 25fps.
Now I need a configuration that'S transcode or convert the videos to 25fps with Serviio. How can I do this ?
