Logitech Revue
Posted: Sat Oct 08, 2011 11:24 pmSince it appears that no one has been successful in creating a Logitech Revue profile. From the Logitech website it looks like whatever container you use it must use H.264 encoding.
I am using MythTV to capture TV and so start with a MPEG TS file and MPEG2 encoding. If my only target container choices are ASF, MPEGTS, and MPEGPS then I need to transcode the video to H264 but still maintain the MPEGTS container correct?? Using FFMPEG or Handbrake to convert my MPEGTS to MP4 works quite well but it doesn't appear that transcoding to H264 using Serviio is supported. Is this correct?
