I know,
detailed logging is turned on...the log just isn't populating.
I have restarted the entire server machine, restarted serviio several times...but log remains unpopulated.
However it has populated 2 lines, but that is about a port that has already been taken:
- Code:
2011-11-15 21:31:03,980 DEBUG [ApplicationInstanceManager] Port is already taken. Notifying first instance.
2011-11-15 21:31:03,980 DEBUG [ApplicationInstanceManager] Successfully notified first instance.
Here's what I got from the last time I restarted Serviio (which isn't the serviio log...):
- Code:

After I got these logs, I reinstalled Serviio for the 5th time and even as it scans my library of movies, music and pics (which takes a long time) it still isn't logging.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I am managing Serviio through the windows client to Linux server....which is by far the most awesome idea I have seen for such products. Mentioning this just in case it helps any.
I don't know what is going on...but I do know this isn't the only problem I am having, I also have an issue with additional users...but that's a fight between Ubuntu and myself.
any ideas about why the logs would stop logging everything....?
