I have installed Serviio on Windows 7
I cannot see the .wtv files on my Samsung UE 37C6000 LED Full HD 100Hz: format not supported!

This solution viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3986&p=26267&hilit=wtv#p26267 doesn't work

Any ideas?

Could you enable serviio detailed logging ? (see signature link)
Then could you open the detailed logging file and found the ffmpeg command line used to transcode your wtv file? (post here the command line you found)
And could you try locally the same command line in a windows terminal and check the log resulting? (post here the log result)

I'd like to add my 2cents here. Although forcing transcoding does seem to solve the problem for most people with this error, I don't think its a good solution. There are many issues I have encountered with transcoding, some of which include forcing deinterlacing (ffmpeg does a much worse job than my TV) and not to mention high CPU load. Usually WTV files are generated by WMC when people record OTA TV. In North America anyway, these files are MPEG2 and either 720P or 1080i. In my neck of the woods, most are 1080i and use a huge amount of CPU time to transcode.

I have found a way to solve the "first pts value must set av_interleaved_write_frame(): Operation not permitted" error, and it is outlined in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4606

It involves a little work, so it would be helpful if the fix was made official.
