AppleTV2 Profile? Force 720p/Stereo.

if (width > 1280)
then video transcode.
if (audio != stereo mp3)
transcode to vbr2 or cbr 192 (doesnt mater which)
Although the appletv2 can do ac3 when jailbroken in this particular setup it has to use wifi, and is going to be played back on a stereo TV, so it only needs stereo.
The wiki is not detailed enough for this, and i went through all of profiles.xml and i don't see how resolution min/max is even possible. So if someone could please point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it
