[SOLVED]Samsung TV restarts on any video flow

Hi,
Since few days, for all files I try to read (even for files which did well by the past), i encounter at random time a freeze of the play for about 2s, when the tv restarts
Serviio is installed on a synology nas v1.6.1-0030
It has been working well for months with this configuration
No update on samsung tv side, no serviio update, no synology update, no router update...
I'm stucked...
Thought it could be due to the reach of more than 1000 video files in a single directory but phenomenon still here after the split of these files...

I've started to experience the same problem as you some days ago. No updates, no hardware changes, no configration changes but any media file stops at random points and restart my TV.
Could you fix the problem?
Could you share the solution or the workaround?

hi,
for unknown reason, if connected to internet, even with direct usb stick, the crash appears...
So you can disable your ip connection on the tv or unplug your wan box cable to confirm...
The workaround for me: smarthub factory reset... Since it is ok...

Thank you very much but I have the TV connected to the Internet via WIFI through the same network that the computer running Serviio so if I disconnect the TV, I cannot stream any file. By the moment I've just factory reset smarthub to try your workarund.

I want to let you know that the workaround works fine for me. Since I reset smarthub I've got no restarts using Serviio almost everyday.
