Can't see video

All the folders show "There is no playable movie content" on my LG BP 550. Using the same media server I see all the content on a LG BP540. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

Re: Can't see video

There could be a lot of reasons caused this problem, please check if your videos are DRM protected or if just have any special codec. If it is caused by the codec, then use a free software such as freemake or handbrake to help you transcode the video to a new format. Else if it is caused by that the movies are DRM enabled. I would just suggest you to see if it is possible to crack it by itunes video converter windows 8. Getting rid of DRM protection will enable you to watch iTunes movies anywhere as well as save them for backup. Anyway, sincerely hope this help you solve the problem and you can enjoy iTunes movies anywhere.

What profile has Serviio assigned to your player? It might not be the correct one, and isn't recognizing the files as playable.

If one player can see the files, but the other can't, this wouldn't be the issue.
