Issue installing 2.0 in Qnap TS-469L

I have Serviio 1.6 installed in my TS-469L. Tried to upgrade it to 2.0 and it just keeps spinning and never finishes the installation. So I made a wild guess that the old 1.6 is what's causing the problem. Tried to uninstall 1.6 via the UI and it got removed but still failed to install 2.0. Telnet directly to my Qnap and I see that QServiio is still in the directory including qpkg.conf. I deleted the Qserviio from /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/QServiio directory but for some reason, I can't remove the info from qpkg.conf. Now I"m stuck with no Serviio running. Any advise or suggestions on how to fix this? Please help?

Re: Issue installing 2.0 in Qnap TS-469L

So, I found out what I did wrong. After manually deleting the directory for QServiio, I need to reboot the QNAP because Serviio is still running in the background. As soon as I was done rebooting it, I was able to install Serviio 2.0 and it's running great. Also, the Qnap happened to update its firmware to the latest one today. So I'm now back in business.

Good job troubleshooting. Always best to reboot a device when uninstalling something. :D
