Why the Media library generation process is so slow?

Hi,
Why the Media library generation process is so slow in Serviio?
I have about 1,221 video files(about 1TB size), but half an hour passed, I can see only about 200 files added to Serviio server via my MediaBrowser.
I add the folder which contains these videos to Microsoft Windows Media Player media library, it only takes less than a minute to add all the videos to it's media library.
How to improve the speed?

I believe if you disable metadata retrieval your library will load extremely fast. Retrieving the metadata is what slows the show down.

Hi,
Thank you, that's perfect.
I watch videos on TV, so the metadata can not display on the TV user interface because the interface is so simple that can only show titles.
