Non-English file names not showing up in Roku

I bought a Roku Premiere 4K for my non-smart TV to stream video files from a PC that has Serviio installed. Some of the video files have non-English names (Korean to be specific) and the file names show up as blank. They all play fine, just can't see the file names. Is there anything I can do to make the names show up? other than renaming files to English which is not an option.
Thanks.

Re: Non-English file names not showing up in Roku

AFAIK Serviio serves the special characters correctly. Perhaps Roku cannot display them.

Re: Non-English file names not showing up in Roku

If someone could provide me with an example file, I can see if I my Roku players have any issue, and I can check with the Roku employee who now manages their media player.
