My first suggestion is to try different profiles, to see if you can identify any files that will play. I don't have a PS4, so can't test anything myself. But we need to see what will play and go from there.
In fact, you might try assigning the generic profile first and test that. It does no transcoding, so we can see if anything works there. Once that's been identified, then we can look at what doesn't play, using the methods contained in my sig link to retrieve the media contents.
