on blip.tv : photoshopuser-tv-episode-282 works perfectly :?

That FFmpeg out looks good, are you still getting the same error? Maybe it was just temporary network issue.

Ok, I'll check what timeout value I have set for the online call, it might be timing out.

Edit: I'm using 30 secs, can you measure if it's more than that?

no it's not slow : download 2Mo/s - upload 256ko/s ...

Edit : strange thing is that the file that works take the same time for the ffmpeg command : about 45 sec !!!

The transcoded .stf has a zero length but the ffmpeg command works fine when issued from a command prompt but it takes a long time to start, so it looks like Serviio is timing out. The source file is a few hundred megs.
