Can't create cache file!

Hi All,

I've installed serviio 061 on my Dlink 320 using the following instructions

it is working fine but in the log file for every video i get the messages like below, tv shows, movies etc.

2012-06-03 01:08:13,037 WARN [CoverImageService] Cannot convert/resize art to JPG. Message: Error reading image for resizing. Message: Can't create cache file!

i've tried the online metadata sources and mymovies but get the same for both.

is there anything i need to do to fix.

it seems to come from java itself, possibly not enough memory/disk space.

thanks so much for such a prompt reply

i have over 70Gb diskspace free on main drive and nearly 300Gb on second drive so shouldn't be disk space.

would i be able to update java? might that solve it?

I think it's down to lack of memory. This will only fail to create thumbnails so you can live with it. You can also disable generating thumbnails in the console (boh local and DVD covers for online metadata)
