Serviio isn't available for like 10 minutes?

I have a Samsung UN55D7000 TV.
I'm running 1.0.1 Serviio on a Windows 7 HP Laptop.
Basic Belkin Wireless Router.

When I turn on my TV, it takes around 10 minutes for Serviio to be recognized...what gives?

I realize there is a new 1.2.1 version, is this a known problem that the update fixes?

Serviio announces itself very often, approx every 3 minutes, so it'd indicate that the packets get lost on your network. Might be quality of your router / network or some router setting. Try to search the forum.
