Desktop stream artifacts issue

Hi all,

I'm trying to stream one screen of my dual monitor setup to my 55" E-series tv.
I managed to get the stream working on the TV by using FFMPEG and the UScreenCapture direct show filter. I'm not using VLC since it can only stream the primary screen which is not the case.
I'm using the folowing command "ffmpeg -f dshow -r 5 -i video="UScreenCapture" -vf crop=1920:1080:1920:0 -vcodec mpeg4 -q:v 1 -f mpegts udp://127.0.0.1:6666".
I also adjusted the E-series profile to not transcode mpegts streams and play it as mpegts on the TV.

The problem is that I'm seeing a lot of artifacts during streaming.
It looks like parts of the captured screen are misplaced on the TV screen when the image is rebuild.

Does anybody know why I see this misplaced pieces of the capture screen on my TV?
Has this anything to do with Serviio or is this a problem with FFMPEG?

Thanks in advance!

Greetings,
Frederic

Re: Desktop stream artifacts issue

that would be the ffmpeg command. maybe you need to use key frames more often.
