UE40D6500 | Transcoding audio only on mkv

Is this possible? I got an mkv with the following audio codec which the TV obviously doesn't support:

VLC gives the following information about the codec:

Stream 1:
Type: Audio
Codec TrueHD Audio
Channels: 3F2M/LFE
48kHz/32bits

Stream 2:
Type: Audio
Codec: A/52 B Audio (aka E-AC3)
Channels: 2
48kHz/32bits

Is there any way to only transcode the audio to some format the TV supports (i.e. A52 Audio (aka AC3) (a52))?

It should do it already. post the whole ffmpeg -i for the file.
