No subtitles with srt files

Hi.

I can not get any subtitle when I play movies that use srt files. I've read around a bit on the forum that I should use some kind of transcode to srt files to work. I dont really get how I should do with transcoding and hope someone can help me?:)

I use Mountan Lion 10.8.1 and Serviio 1.01 with a Samsung 7000.

Make sure you are using the Samsung C/D/E profile.

Yes I'm using the Samsung C/D/E profile and its still not working.
