Serviio doesn't see nothing

Hi guys,
i've installed Serviio yesterday on Windows, but it didnt work. Serviio console doesn't appear and if it appears my pc has no connection.

So, I try to install Serviio on Ubuntu, and it work, seemingly, 'cause my Media Center didnt find my files.

I've tried all: ffmpeg update et similiar, install and reinstall, etc.

Any ideas?
