Problem with Samsung Tv D7000 & BluRay Player E5500

Hello all.

I am new to the community and i am interesting in purchasing serviio, but before buying it i want to solve some problems that i have now in the stage of testing serviio.

I have the next configuration in the house : - TV SAMSUNG 55D7000;
- HOME CINEMA E5500;
- iMac all conectet to the same dlna network

1) My Samsung Tv is seeing my tv but i have 2 problems - every time i am playing a movie after 40 minutes of playing the serviio just disconnect and reconnect tested on 3 movie;
- the fast forword isn't working but i look up on the forum and tested mkvtoolnix but after muxing the serviio doesn't see my muxed mkv file, but this isn't so pressing the more pressing is that the tv/serviio doesn't see my subtitle when i'm playing mkv file that have the subtitles incorporated in the movie;

2) My BluRay player is seeing serviio home but when i enter to the folders and pres a movie to play the next error appear "The selected file is not accepted in this moment" in the condition that before having mac i was playing movie from the pc to allshare am the bluray recognize all my mkv files and also the subtitle appear.

In Serviio Console the television appear with a green dot the name is "UE55D700" and Profile "Samsung TV / player (C/D/E-series)"
but the blu ray have a green dot the name is "E5500" and Profile "Generic DLNA profile"

sow what can i do to make the blu ray player work or just the tv but the main thing i want is that the subtitle to work?

Thank you all.

1) change profile for the player to the same the TV has
2) I'm not sure if subs in mkv files are supported by the TV. If the file is transcoded they will be lost as well.
3) ffwd/rew should work for some file types, not all (due to limitation on the Samsung side)
