samsung ps50c687 no mkv

hi,

i have installed serviio 1.0.1 on windows home server 2011.
profile samsung c/d/e is active. i tested generic profile and always i restarted the pc.
the server is running and all files are inside and i can see the files at my samsung plasma.
but any mkv is unsupported... i have over 100 and all are unsupported.

at my old nas, i hadn't any problems with this mkvs.

can you help me?
