SAMSUNG UN55ES6500 + HD BluRay Surround - White Flickering!!
Hey guys,
I love Serviio and I love the forums. Hopefully one of you can help me with this.
I just purchased a Samsung 55inch LED and 5.1 Samsung surround sound.
SAMSUNG UN55e6500 LED TV + HT-E6530 Surround Sound
They both have SmartHub on them (the amp has SmartHub for the surround sound).
When I turn on the Surround then the TV, and try using my SmartHub from my surround only, i get "White Flickering" or "White Flashes" every 3s. Very distracting!
The cabling is good (ie: XBOX > HDMI in of the Amp. HDMI out of amp > HDMI in on TV)
I checked and replaced HDMI cables.
It seems the two smarthubs "Fight each other", because when i just use the TV's Smarthub, it works fine. It's only when i use the amp's smarthub that it causes the white flickering.
I know everything else is good because the amp didnt do this on my old TV (tested), it's only when the two are combined.
The weird part is the videos work fine off my Amp once i open one, but the SmartHub GUI just continues to white flicker.
Very annoying issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
