Some .wtv files play while others don't

I have a setup in which I record all my files with a windows media center (from DVB-T), but strangely enough files from one specific channel fail while files from all other channels work perfectly. I have done a ffmpeg -i on both the working and the non-working files and there is not that much difference (as seen with my untrained eyes)

Specs for my setup:
Recordings done with Windows Media Center (Windows 7)
Serviio 1.01 running on my Ubuntu 12.04 server
Recordings are stored on the same server
Playing is done on Samsung TV UE32D6207

There were too much errors at the beginning, ffmpeg try to find the h264 header, its like a live stream.
So probably your TV doesn't like it depending where and when the header appeared...
