Streaming stopped working.

Hi, I've had serviio running for a while, not perfect but running and transcoding however recently all that has stopped. The serviio console icon used to show up when I went to sources and it was quite quick through the menus. Now it just says all share runs very slow and won't transcode any video streams.

My network is wired so should be OK.

Any ideas?

sounds like you have allshare and serviio installed at the same time, I have seen some posts before where allshare takes over. Try removing allshare from your server

How can I do that? I don't have all share installed on the computer and I tried installing twonky and that doesn't suffer from the same issues

Managed Rio get transcoding working by putting IP address of PC in the console. But I still get no serviio icon and browsing through the folders is really slow.

I also used to use media house on my phone to stream from my PC to mobile and that doesn't even see my serviio service anymore so something must be wrong somewhere
