Sony KDL-48W600B (2014): some "not supported" files

First of all thanks for a great piece of software. I can play most of my video files from a FreeBSD 10 box on a Sony KDL-48W600B TV.
Once in a while I find files that can be played natively (via USB) but not through Serviio 1.4.1.2 (With a Sony Bravia TV 2013 profile).
Here is an example of a file that is not played properly. I can hear the sound of the movie, but the tv displays "Format not supported" and the screen remains black.
Can someone that understands the following info tell me what's wrong?

I tried to monkey-copy your advice adding a line like

under the one suggested by you, but for some mysterious (to me) reason serviio does not like to start, complaining about an invalid XML profile file.

I think I solved my problem with

Sadly, no subtitles.
It seems that this is a general problem with subtitles when the video is transcoded. The TV acts like it is expecting closed captions, not subtitles.
