Newbie with Serviio/KDL-46W5150 questions

Hello. New to all this. Serviio is up and running on pc and can be accessed on the tv. Only files I can see are mpegs. MKV's do not show in the folder. before I go much crazier trying to figure this out, am I able to even do this, (play mkv's via serviio), with this tv?

Are you running on Linux? If so, is your FFmpeg version 0.9 or newer?
