Currently on most videos only the 1st audio can be selected. If your renderer does not give you the ability to choose. You will have to change the order of the audio tracks.

Unfortunately Serviio is yet to support any kind of language preference for audio tracks. Your only option for now will be to use TSMuxer to load your file, select which language you want and remux it to m2ts. It will only take a few minutes (it's not transcoding). Then add the new file to your Serviio library.
