video , there are no items to display

I can stream music to my sony bravia but it just will not show video. you can see the folder but as soon as you go into it says there are no items to display. this is so frustrating. it worked fine with win xp but now on win 7 it just keeps doing this. how in the hell do i make it see the videos??? arrgghhhhh pls help with any advice...

Do you have rigth access to the folders ?
Do you have proper profile selected on Serviio console ?

Same issue. I can get music and pics to show up, but so far MKV's just show "no items to display".

EDIT - just realized I can switch the profile in the console dropdown to Sony Bravia TV 2011 and now MKV works!
