st30 not recognized

i have st30 wired with extender wifi.
the network is ok, i see viera contents.
now i want to stream film from the external hdd connected to pc.
in attacched file: "unrecognized device"

on tv if i click viera, i can see only 4 button, but not media storage

which is the problem?
in firewall pc and router i've open ports yet.
