How increase PQ on web browser

I'm newbie on Serviio, and I'd like to improve video PQ over web interface. It lets you change resolution, but there is no bitrate options.

each quality has different bitrare and resolution. You can change it in application-profiles.xml (flv_player profile)

But it pixels a lot even with a bitrate of 1200 and 480 on resolution

Could I increase compression quality...I mean, in Recording Service (from DVBviewer makers), you can select from normal to extrafast before flowplayer starts.

This software is based on ffmpeg too.

It's already using the best compression quality (in terms of picture quality) - quantitizer value is 1.

I think Recording Service streams mp4 to web instead of flv.
