interrupt broadcast

Hello everyone, I am interested in using function of emergency interrupt broadcast on smart tv network. I am building a network of 10 tv-s and I need to provide that the main user in case of a emergency can start an interrupt broadcast. So he sends a stream that has a priority above all other tasks and streaming. In that moment everything else stops, message is being delivered. After the message, previous stream is on pause and ready to continue from the break point. Is this an issue that can be setup with serviio server application and how?

No, unless you also have a controller which will send the new video to all the TVs. NOt sure if there is a software that can do this off the shelf.

I think I have to solve this problem dummy way - composite AV in, scart connector, and trigger on certain pin to switch tv on and to turn AV in, then I can broadcast simple video over RG59 coax cable with video distributor to each and every tv separately. This is a bit safer way, but with more wirings. Anyway thank you very much.
