getting access to Serviio

Just installed Serviio and cannot open it, firstly a username is required and I don't know where to master this. Secondly I've tried the Serviio Console and I have "internal error, code 16" displayed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Installed on what? Which version are you using? You need to use the console to set the password, not a username.

As far as your error code 16, check [link]http://serviio.org/component/content/article?id=21#q3[/link] for passing variables to the console.
