Serviio cannot detect BubbleUpnP on wifi

Hello,

I have the following setup
one laptop with WIndows 7 and Serviio instaled
one Samsung TV LE37C550
one Asus Nexus 7 2013 with Android Kit Kat and BubbleUpnp installed

the laptop and the tablet are are connected through wifi to my Asus RT-N10 router and the TV through wire.

Now both the laptop and the tablet see and can transfer very fine data to the TV and the TV in turn can acces data and see the two servers but my laptop and my tablet cannot see/show detect each other.

I have tried the following and no success:
- in the windows firewall create a new inbound and outbound rule for acces to all ports and for all ip between 192.168.1.4 - 192.168.100. Also disable firewall for one minute though
- in the router open port 8894 though here I don't really know how to find the correct port for communication
- also installed various other programs instead of Serviio (but can't seem to like them) and instead of BubbleUpnp with the same succes or even less

Please advise on course of action, I am running out of Ideas.
