SONY BRAVIA KDL40-HX850 subtitles

I have a SONY Bravia HX850. Serviio works just fine for me.

The problem is that when I add subtitles while streaming the movies to my SONY TV, the video shutters.
Without subtitles, all movies just work along fine.

Shuttering/ hanging of the videos while using subtitles is a major issue. What to do to solve this problem?

With subtitle enabled serviio is transcoding the video to burn them into the stream. The stuttering is your server struggling to keep up. A faster cpu would help or a media box...
