Serviio Wont Start :(

Hi, I installed the latest Serviio on my friends computer, but it wont work! I have installed Serviio on over a dozen machines but never saw this issue. it is a Win7 64bit.

Does anyone have a suggestion on why this is happening? Computer was restarted and Java is installed.

Post a detailed log file (click on link). It should tell us what is wrong (it generally will start long enough to generate a log file).
