Streaming Cricfree (BTsport2) Windows 7 to Samsung Smart TV

This task is a little above my head would anyone be kind enough to give me a quick run through of the configuration needed (in as simple terms as possible please)
I have managed to stream my folder contents, so am part way there

find valid vlc url of that stream, for example here:

http://www.vlc.eu.pn/

and add it as online in serviio.

Thank you, but I honestly do not know what I am supposed to do. Think I will have to abandon the idea and just watch on PC
