Video FF and RW issues: Samsung Galaxy S5

Hey you guys,

I'm new to the forum, so please excuse me if I'm going about this the wrong way. I've tried searching for answers to my question on the website but everything I could find concerning FF and RW issues is pretty dated/didn't fix my problem.

I'm running Serviio on my Windows 8 machine and have been having problems with fast forward and rewind on my S5. I use MX Player. I'm having these issues over Local Network and internet. I believe serviio has my phone set up with the Generic Profile. I'm not the most tech savvy guy, but I've been able to get by as of late. If you need any more information, please let me know.

Thanks

Edit: I am not transcoding, if that helps.

***FINAL EDIT? (WORKAROUND)***: For those of you who share my frustration with the apparent lack of support for a product we've paid real money for, I've discovered a workaround. Accessing your serviio server through my phones browser (chrome) gave me fast forward/rewind capabilities. I've only tested this on .mp4 video formats.

To access your serviio server via local network, simply type your computers ipv4 address, and then forwarding to your serviio port and then /mediabrowser.
I use port 23424 for my server, so I would type 10.0.0.208:23424/mediabrowser

If you would like to do this via internet, you would type in your hostname rather than the ipv4, followed by ':(yourserverport)/mediabrowser"

Thank you Serviio Devs
