Raspberry Pi as a media player?

Hi, I wanted to ask the group if anyone is running a Raspberry Pi unit as a media player to play content from a Serviio server? I saw previous posts where people were running the server from a Raspberry Pi unit, but nothing as a media player.

LibreElec is very good on Pi... runs Kodi faster and better than the other general purpose distros.

It works well with Serviio... I'd recommend a Pi 2 or above.
