Serviio 'disappears'

Hi there. Newbie to the forum here. I've been using Serviio for some time now and it's great when it works but.... it often 'disappears'. I have Serviio installed on a HP laptop (which is connected to my Sky Q router by wifi) and over time have had a number of different apps on my iPhone X to access it to play music (which I then play over airplay or chromecast). The current app I'm using is called mconnect. Laptop is left constantly on but often Serviio isn't showing in the list of available servers. Current solution therefore is to jump on my laptop, open up services, restart Serviio and then it eventually reappears. I've had this issue when using different apps so it doesn't appear to be a problem with the particular app being used. However on other occasions every works fine straight away and no need to restart anything. Please can someone help with this issue.

With a laptop, there's probably something in the power settings that is breaking the connection. The network adapter might be getting powered down, or something similar. That's the first place I'd start looking.
