Installing Serviio with Iomega StorCenter ix2 hardware Raid

I have a StorCenter Ix2 hardware RAID Nas attached to my PC. The builtin in media server works ok but has limited features.
By adding the individual folders under the Movies share I can see the files but for ITunes Serviio does not see any music. Also none of the category options show anything. This is probably a simple problem but I could do with some kind of guide to help set up correctly. PC is running Windows 7 - Thanks Simon

I have the same issue as you. I have an IOMEGA IX2-DL, and looking to replace Twonky with Serviio. Did you ever come across a solution for this? I just now enabled SSH access, and want to experiment, but don't want to turn the NAS into a brick. Please let me know if you have any success or failures.
