Error during install, error opening file for writing.

Hi
Ive downloaded the new 1.01 version for windows.
During install In get a message
1.Error opening file for writing
c:\program files\serviio\bin\serviio.bat so I pressed ignore.

Im having problems now seeing Serviio on my network. Previous version was good.
I have done complete uninstall, new downloads, reboots etc few times, same issue.

Am I doing something wrong?
I did search on the facts page but didnt find an answer I could relate to.
