Ver1.1 -Playlist parser

Not using any playlist but noticed the playlist parser seemed to look for something (almost 2 mins) and hangs, making serviio restart that much longer. Not sure anything to speed that up.

It's not that.. it just says it started the thread but does nothing. You can enable detailed logging to see what's actually going on.
