Password

I recently installed serviio 1.1 on a synology 212j
When I log into :http://192.168.0.8:23424/mediabrowser/
It asks me for a password, which I have no idea, i tried admin, blank, etc and none of them work.
please help.

If I need a pro version, which I dont have.
Then how do I watch movies now?
When I go to serviio on my tv all the movie folder is empty even though the server is full of movies.......

Can you attach your serviio.log file so we can see what is going on.

Also, I am not sure what TV you have but if you select directTV DVR it transcodes most of everything and it might allow you to see some movies on your TV.

Also include your tv IP address and your synology 212j IP address.

The IP address of synology 212j is 192.168.0.8
the TV is 192.168.0.11
