Online Sources....Inconsistency

Hi guys....just found out the beauty of this software recently. But when i'm trying to add links/url to my Online Resources, it does not come out consistently. When i restart the software, either, one, two, or sometimes all the links are there. If i will restart again, no online links will be shown in the Online folder. I have tried this both in Mac and in Win XP configuration. Any part that i need to configure for all the links that i want to come out whenever i'm using serviio.
here is what im using:
Serviio - installed in Mac / Win XP
Renderer - Samsung Series 5 TV
Android software - BubleUpnp ( Samsung Galaxy S3 )

Hope you can help me in this.

Thanks

Re: Online Sources....Inconsistency

They are only cached, not stored in the DB, so it depends if they are available at the point of the check.

Check your serviio.log to see if there are any errors. Possibly check the detailed log, you should see when an online item cannot be added.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for my ignorance, where / how can i check for the log or detailed log? both in mac and xp. Also, is this applicable that even the folders (Online Folders) are not present on the time of the connection, 90% of the time?
