How do I stream online Flash videos using Serviio

I'm a newbie to online streaming....
Here are 2 URLs I gathered from our broadcaster - CBC i.e. Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Elsewhere on the CBC site they state that all their videos are Flash ones. But
1. I don't know how to determine if these are Flash
and
2. Which plugin or method I should be using to stream them
or
to download them.

Please point me at what I should be reading to further my education....

You would need to write a plugin to extract those flash streams from the CBC web pages.
Unlikely to be able to get these CBC streams as they are locked up tight within their proprietary player.
