Windows 10 + Kaspersky / Hyper-V issue

Hi,

I got windows 10 freshly installed (Not Updated) and I installed Servii 1.5.2 Pro.
Everything was running fine. My Sony BluRay DLNA was able to see and play the file correctly

Then, I had to work stuff to run Visual Studio 15 and Hyper-V to get the windows mobile emulator.
Kaspersky Anti-Virus was preventif Hyper-V to install so here's what I did:
- Uninstal Kaspersky AntiVir
- Install Hyper-V
- Reinstall Kaspersky AntiVir

After that well Serviio stop working. It looks ok on the console, it detect my BluRay player but nothing is pushed to the device.
I have uninstall Hyper-V and it still not working.

Any Idea?

Also, if I cant figured it out, i may go with a separate pc just for Serviio. Is there any minimum hardware requirement?

My guess is that after reinstalling Kaspersky the access rules that were created when you installed Serviio were removed. You might try a reinstall of Serviio.

As far as minimum hardware, it depends on your need for transcoding. If your players can all play your files without transcoding, you could run Serviio on practically anything. Even with transcoding, you can run it on older hardware if you don't need to transcode to multiple players at the same time. My test server is only a dual core AMD and 4 gig of RAM, and it only hiccups when transcoding 1080p video for the Roku. Everything else is fine. My main server has a quad core with 8 gig of ram and it never has an issue.

Re: Windows 10 + Kaspersky / Hyper-V issue

I tried atc98022 solution and it didn't worked... I have Kaspersky, VMWare, reinstalled and removed Hyper-V just in case and Reinstalled Kaspersky, VMWare and Serviio wich was my original working setting and it doesn't work! Oh Well! Thanks anyway! Looks like I will buy a small box just for Serviio!
