No problem. I have two different Windows computers that both run Serviio and Plex. I never have issues with Serviio but Plex often can't see the other one. Your players will just see two different Serviio servers. On my test server, I always change the name so my wife can tell them apart easier. That can be changed in one of the top lines of the Profiles.xml file.
