Re: What has happened to Radio Stations and downloads topic

The administrator removed the video streams section of the forum because the links being offered were for illegally offered media. I believe he is still evaluating the Audio Streams postings for legality. I understand your links were all legal. But the administrator needs to ensure he isn't offering links to illegal media, which could become a liability issue.

They were audio not video.
Many of the links were publicly stated on the radio station web-pages e.g. The Jazz Groove, Venice Classic Radio, Radio Caroline.
Sometimes if they did not state their links, i have e-mailed the station and they have supplied them. The same when IP's have changed resulting in them not working.
The other "audio feeds" category with similar info is still operational on the forum.
Whilst I understand the issue an e-mail might have been nice given the effort on this topic.

Other than the original posts there weren't many replies in there effort or not. I would rather serviio didn't get sued that way we can all enjoy it. There are so many stream choices now do we really need to index them here? (rhetorical)

Yes, I understood your links were audio, not video. I mentioned that he is still evaluating if he will restore the Audio Streams section.

The Audio Streams should be available again.
