Linux, Serviio disconnects after a few minutes

I have Serviio installed on my desktop with dual boot Windows 11 and Arch Linux, both systems with Serviio and the same media library, Samsung TV as a client. Everything worked fine for years, but recently Linux one started experiencing this issue.
I am getting guaranteed disconnect if I just open the folder on TV and do nothing for 2-3 minutes. Playing video is more or less stable, but disconnects happen in this case too, just later. Only when server is Linux. I also have another PC with Serviio and Windows (no dual-boot) in my home network, it is still stable.
So it is not hardware problem, not problem with TV or router, this is the problem with this specific instalation. it started month or two ago after upgrade to kernel 7.1 and later to 7.2.
What I tried:
1. Upgrade to Serviio 2.5 - nothing changed
2. Turn off and on IPv6 - nothing changed
3. Add multicast route from forum advice - nothing changed
4. Enable detail logging in log4j2.xml - disconnects happen when TV sends a bunch of http request GET /deviceDesciption GET /serviceSecription and so on. And after that "DEBUG [WebServer] I/O error: Соединение разорвано другой стороной"
5. Tried different versions of jre-openjdk from 11 to 26 - nothing changed
6. Added "-Xmx512M -Xms20M -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:GCTimeRatio=1 -XX:MinHeapFreeRatio=10 -XX:MaxHeapFreeRatio=20" options to java (serviio from AUR uses custom startup script without this options by default) - partial success, it made video playback more stable, but not perfect (one disconnect in 1 hour instead of every 5 minutes), but "idle disconnects" still here with 100% chance.
7. Today I installed Serviio on Linux Mint (separate partition on the same PC), and it works fine. Kernel version was 6.8 later upgraded to 7.0. Though it needs more testing.

And here I am out of ideas.
I suspect some weird memory problems after recent system updates (kernel update?), because playing around with java options is the only thing that changed anything.
